1. Tickets are not valid for the opening week of a new release, so you will receive and error if trying to book for one of those films.
2. If your cart times out before you complete a purchase, you may receive an error that your voucher has already been used. This will usually resolve if you try again later. If you continue to receive an error that your vouchers have already been use, you can reach out to amcguestservices@amctheatres.com to let them know that you haven't used your ticket and they can reissue a new one if needed.
3. If you continue having issues with redeeming your tickets on AMC's site, we recommend scanning them directly at the box office or contacting amcguestservices@amctheatres.com.
4. Please keep in mind that there are certain restrictions for the tickets. These tickets do not include opening night fan events, opening weekend films, double features, marathons, alternative content, certain foreign films, and special theatrical presentations. Additional charges apply for 3D, IMAX®, Dolby®, AMC Prime®, film festivals, and premium services.
