- Experiences that have not been booked yet can be exchanged for any other experience on Giftory at any time, free of charge.
- If the new experience costs more than the original, you will simply pay the difference.
- Once an experience is booked, the cancellation and rescheduling policy for that experience applies, and it can no longer be exchanged.
